Walk Me
Through

Tradespeople Creators Athletes Small Business Owners

Some people come to us with a deal on the table right now. Others come because they know the deals are coming — and they want to be ready before they arrive.

Either way, the dynamic is the same: the other side has done this before. They have experienced people in their corner whose entire job is to make sure you walk away with less than you deserve.

We change that — whether we're working through the deal in front of you or building the strategy behind your next ten.

What's included

Here's exactly
what we do together.

After purchase, you'll complete a short questionnaire so we understand what you're walking into and what you want to accomplish. We review your situation in advance and research relevant market and industry considerations — so your 60 minutes are spent on strategy, not catching us up.

From there, the session takes one of two paths depending on where you are.

Before we meet

When you purchase, you'll immediately receive a link to book your session time. You'll also receive a detailed one-page intake questionnaire — no legal documents needed, just the business picture: who you're dealing with, what's been offered or proposed, and what outcome you're aiming for. Your completed questionnaire must be submitted at least 24 hours before your session so we can review your situation and research relevant market and industry considerations in advance. That way your 60 minutes are spent on strategy, not catching us up.

If you have an active deal

Working Through
Your Deal — Live

We'll assess your leverage, the other side's likely priorities, relevant market positioning, and the strength of your alternatives. Then we build the strategy for what happens next.

Together, we'll work through:

  • Your strongest position and ask
  • The rationale and language to support it
  • What to hold firm on and where you can move
  • Your alternatives and leverage
  • Likely pushback and how to respond
  • Your next moves if the first approach doesn't work
  • When an issue should be escalated or legal counsel brought in
If you don't have an active deal

Building the Strategy
Behind Your Next Ten

For creators, athletes, tradespeople, and small business owners, we'll use the session to build the long-term strategy that makes you stronger before the next negotiation ever starts.

Depending on where you want to focus, we'll work through one of two paths:

Build your positioning and deal strategy

Your brand and market positioning, how you craft and price your offers, your alternatives, strategic alignments, and how to turn one opportunity into relationships, leverage, and multiple future deals.

Build your negotiation process

The strategy you or your team uses to negotiate consistently — positioning and guardrails, decision-making authority, escalation points, and when a negotiation should move to legal counsel or elevated review.

This isn't a template or a lecture. Whether we're working through the deal in front of you or building the strategy behind your next ten, we use the session to find your leverage and put it to work. You leave knowing what to say, why you're saying it, and what you'll do next.

The reality

The table isn't level.
Let's level it.

Their side of the table

  • Experienced negotiators on staff
  • A clear picture of what they want to pay
  • Years of deals — and the patterns that come with them
  • Agents, managers, procurement specialists
  • A strategy they've already run hundreds of times

Your side — before this session

  • Your craft, your reputation, your real leverage
  • A gut feeling that something isn't right
  • No clear sense of what the market actually supports
  • No framework for what to ask, hold, or trade
  • No one who's been on the other side of deals like this

What you walk away with

Four things in your pocket
before you sit down

01

Your opening position

The number or terms you lead with — and the business rationale behind it — so you say it with confidence, not apology.

02

Your non-negotiables

The things you hold firm on no matter what pressure they apply. Most people give these away because they never decided in advance.

03

Their playbook — anticipated

We prepare you for the moves they're most likely to make, so when pressure comes, you're responding from preparation — not reacting in the moment.

04

The right next step

Clear guidance on navigating pushback and offering alternatives, so you are actually able to negotiate, not just say "no".

Is this for you?

Right fit. Wrong fit.
We'll tell you either way.

This is for you if —

  • You're a tradesperson negotiating rates, scope, or terms with a company that does this every day and you don't
  • You're a creator heading into a brand deal, licensing conversation, or platform agreement
  • You're an athlete navigating a contract, sponsorship, or endorsement deal
  • You're a small business owner navigating a partnership, major contract, or acquisition conversation
  • You've received an offer and you're not sure if it's fair — or how to respond to it
  • You want to build the long-term strategy behind how you negotiate — not just prep for one deal

This is not for you if —

  • You need legal representation or contract review
  • You are anticipating litigation or are currently in active litigation
  • You've already signed and want to revisit the terms
  • You're looking for general advice with no specific deal or goal on the table

Why this is different

Most coaches teach frameworks.
We show you how to work your deal.

"The people across the table from you have done this before. You deserve a team that understands how they think — not just how negotiation works in theory."

Our team has been at the table for more than $8 billion in deals — major contracts, complex partnerships, and M&A transactions where the stakes were anything but theoretical. We understand how experienced organizations approach negotiations, where the real pressure points are, and what the number on the other side of the table actually reflects. We know the line between business strategy and legal work — and we stay clearly on the strategy side, every time. For more on our background, visit our About page.
