Individual outcomes depend on the specific deal, the parties involved, preparation, and many other factors outside our control.

These terms apply to all products and services offered through this website, including consulting sessions, digital downloads, courses, workshops, and any other offerings now or in the future.

All content, materials, tools, frameworks, methodologies, templates, training materials, coaching approaches, session structures, scripts, worksheets, slide decks, exercises, graphics, and any other resources provided through this website or any of our products and services — including but not limited to coaching sessions, consulting engagements, digital downloads, courses, and workshops — are the exclusive intellectual property of The Contract Review Company d/b/a NEGOTIATi℠ and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and trade secret law. The NEGOTIATi℠ and The Contract Review Company℠ names and service marks are proprietary.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, sell, license, or share any of our content or materials with any third party without express written permission from NEGOTIATi℠. This prohibition applies regardless of whether you purchased or received the content and regardless of the medium through which it is shared — including but not limited to social media, email, messaging applications, group chats, or any other digital or physical format.

Our proprietary frameworks, coaching methodologies, and session structures represent significant intellectual investment and are protected as trade secrets. You may not teach, replicate, commercialize, or otherwise exploit these frameworks or methodologies in any form without our express written consent.

Our obligations. NEGOTIATi℠ treats all information you share with us during coaching sessions, consulting engagements, or any other services — including your business details, deal information, strategies, and personal circumstances — as strictly confidential. We will not intentionally disclose your confidential information to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

Your obligations. You acknowledge that all information shared with you through our products and services — including our proprietary frameworks, methodologies, coaching approaches, session content, internal strategies, pricing structures, and any other non-public business information — is confidential and proprietary to NEGOTIATi℠. You agree to:

1. Keep all such information strictly confidential;
2. Not disclose, describe, summarize, reproduce, or share this information with any person or entity who has not independently purchased access to the same product or service;
3. Not use our confidential information for any purpose other than your own personal application of the product or service you purchased; and
4. Not disclose our proprietary methods, frameworks, or approaches in public forums — including social media, podcasts, publications, speaking engagements, or any other public or semi-public venue — without our prior written consent.

These confidentiality obligations survive the expiration or termination of any purchase or engagement and are not limited in time.

No recording. You may not record, screenshot, photograph, screen-capture, or otherwise reproduce any session, live call, video content, or digital materials provided by NEGOTIATi℠ without our prior written consent.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, Google Pay, and Kajabi. We do not store your payment information.

By using this site, product, or service, you agree not to:

• Reproduce, share, resell, or distribute any purchased content, materials, or frameworks with individuals who have not independently purchased access to the same product or service;
• Record, screenshot, transcribe, photograph, or otherwise capture the content of any session, live call, video, or digital material without prior written consent from NEGOTIATi℠;
• Publicly review, describe, critique, demonstrate, share, or disclose the specific contents, structure, frameworks, or methodologies of any NEGOTIATi℠ product or service on social media, review platforms, blogs, podcasts, or any other public or semi-public forum without our prior written consent (although we always welcome feedback and take it seriously);
• Use our content, frameworks, methodologies, or coaching approaches for commercial purposes — including teaching, coaching, training, or consulting others — without express written permission;
• Create derivative works based on our proprietary frameworks or methodologies;
• Misuse or attempt to reverse-engineer any of our tools or frameworks; or
• Attempt to interfere with the operation of the website.

You agree not to make any disparaging, defamatory, or materially negative statements about NEGOTIATi℠, The Contract Review Company, or their owners, employees, contractors, or agents — whether publicly or privately — including but not limited to statements made on social media platforms, review sites, podcasts, publications, or any other public or semi-public forum.

This obligation applies to written, verbal, and electronic communications and survives the termination or expiration of any purchase or engagement. Nothing in this section prevents you from sharing honest, direct feedback with NEGOTIATi℠ privately or through our designated feedback channels — we genuinely welcome it.

Our website and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from the application of our educational content to any specific negotiation, deal, or business situation.

Our guidance is based on real-world deals, but we cannot anticipate every scenario or how the negotiator will perform on their own.

To the fullest extent permitted by Maryland law, The Contract Review Company d/b/a NEGOTIATi℠, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our products or services, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our products and services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Maryland, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site or any of our products or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

When you interact with our website or products, we may collect your name and email address when you submit a contact form, join a waitlist, or purchase a product. Payment information is processed and stored solely by Stripe, Google Pay, and Kajabi — we never see or store your full payment details. We also collect basic usage data gathered automatically by Kajabi's platform, such as pages visited and session information.

We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or other third-party tracking tools beyond what is built into the Kajabi platform.

We use the information we collect to process your purchases and deliver products and services; send you a confirmation of purchase or signup; send marketing emails to subscribers who have opted in through our double opt-in process; respond to your messages and inquiries; and improve our website and offerings.

We use a confirmed (double) opt-in process for our email list. You will receive a confirmation email and must actively confirm your subscription before receiving marketing communications from us. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at [email protected].

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only with the third-party service providers necessary to operate our business — specifically Kajabi (platform hosting and delivery), Stripe (payment processing), and Google Pay (payment processing). Each of these providers maintains their own privacy and security standards.

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with applicable law. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights regarding your personal data including the right to access, correct, or delete your information. Maryland residents and all US users may contact us at any time to exercise these rights. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA and may submit requests to [email protected].

Our website uses cookies as implemented by the Kajabi platform for basic site functionality. We do not use advertising or behavioral tracking cookies.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Payments are handled entirely by our third-party processors and are never transmitted through or stored on our servers.

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13.
