Terms
of Use.

Section 01

Who We Are

This website is operated by The Contract Review Company d/b/a NEGOTIATi℠ ("NEGOTIATi℠," "we," "us," or "our"), a Maryland-based business strategy education and coaching company. By accessing or using this website and any of our products or services, you agree to these terms.

Section 02

Not Legal Advice

Important

NEGOTIATi℠ provides business strategy education and negotiation coaching only. Nothing on this website, in any of our products, courses, workshops, sessions, tools, or communications constitutes legal advice, legal representation, or the formation of an attorney-client relationship. This is true even where our team members hold law degrees or have legal backgrounds — that experience informs our coaching but does not make us your attorney.

If your situation requires legal advice or legal representation, please consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction. You can find one through the American Bar Association's Bar Directories and Lawyer Finders or by searching for licensed attorneys in your area.

Section 03

Our Products and Services

Our current offerings include the Deal Snapshot (free resource), 10 Minute Deal Prep (digital product), Don't Sign Yet Workshop (live workshop — waitlist), and Walk Me Through (private strategy session). All products are for educational and informational purposes only. Results are not guaranteed. Individual outcomes depend on the specific deal, the parties involved, preparation, and many other factors outside our control.

Section 04

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, tools, frameworks, and course materials — is the property of The Contract Review Company d/b/a NEGOTIATi℠ and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. The NEGOTIATi℠ name and service mark are proprietary.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of our content without express written permission. The Deal Snapshot may be shared with others provided it is shared exactly as provided and NEGOTIATi℠ is credited.

Section 05

Purchases and Refunds

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, Google Pay, and Kajabi. We do not store your payment information.

Walk Me Through Guarantee: For our Walk Me Through program, we offer a money-back guarantee if you do not improve your next offer following your session. Contact us at [email protected] to request this. No money-back guarantee applies to other digital products. All sales of digital products are otherwise final.

Section 06

User Conduct

By using this site you agree not to: misuse or attempt to reverse-engineer any of our tools or frameworks; share purchased products with individuals who have not purchased the same product; use our content for commercial purposes without written permission; or attempt to interfere with the operation of the website.

Section 07

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from the application of our educational content to any specific negotiation or deal.

Section 08

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Maryland law, The Contract Review Company d/b/a NEGOTIATi℠ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

Section 09

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maryland.

Section 10

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Section 11

What We Collect

When you interact with our website or products, we may collect your name and email address when you submit a contact form, join a waitlist, or purchase a product. Payment information is processed and stored solely by Stripe, Google Pay, and Kajabi — we never see or store your full payment details. We also collect basic usage data gathered automatically by Kajabi's platform, such as pages visited and session information.

We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or other third-party tracking tools beyond what is built into the Kajabi platform.

Section 12

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to process your purchases and deliver products and services; send you a confirmation of purchase or signup; send marketing emails to subscribers who have opted in through our double opt-in process; respond to your messages and inquiries; and improve our website and offerings.

Section 13

Email Communications

We use a confirmed (double) opt-in process for our email list. You will receive a confirmation email and must actively confirm your subscription before receiving marketing communications from us. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at [email protected].

Section 14

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only with the third-party service providers necessary to operate our business — specifically Kajabi (platform hosting and delivery), Stripe (payment processing), and Google Pay (payment processing). Each of these providers maintains their own privacy and security standards.

Section 15

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with applicable law. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

Section 16

Your Rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights regarding your personal data including the right to access, correct, or delete your information. Maryland residents and all US users may contact us at any time to exercise these rights. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA and may submit requests to [email protected].

Section 17

Cookies

Our website uses cookies as implemented by the Kajabi platform for basic site functionality. We do not use advertising or behavioral tracking cookies.

Section 18

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Payments are handled entirely by our third-party processors and are never transmitted through or stored on our servers.

Section 19

Children's Privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13.

Part Three

Commitment.

Section 20

Our Commitment

NEGOTIATi℠ is committed to making our website and content accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe access to business strategy education should not be limited by ability, and we are actively working to ensure our site meets accessibility standards.

Section 21

Standards We Follow

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including those with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive impairments.

Section 22

What We've Done

We have designed this site with the following accessibility considerations:

  • High-contrast color combinations for text readability
  • Readable font sizes and clear typographic hierarchy
  • Descriptive link text and labeled navigation elements
  • Keyboard-navigable structure
  • Minimal reliance on color alone to convey meaning
Section 23

Something Not Working?

If you encounter any content on our website that is not accessible to you, or if you are experiencing difficulty with any part of the site, we want to know. We will make every reasonable effort to provide you with the information or functionality you need in an accessible format, and we aim to respond to accessibility requests within 5 business days.

Contact us about accessibility

Email us at [email protected] with the subject line Accessibility. Tell us what you were trying to do and what wasn't working — we'll get back to you within 5 business days.

Section 24

Ongoing Improvement

Accessibility is not a one-time project — it is an ongoing commitment. We regularly review our site and content for accessibility issues and welcome feedback from users to help us improve.
