Note From Our Founder
I created NEGOTIATiā„ Ā after more than a decade in legal practice, first as a litigator, then as an advisor to publicly traded multinational enterprises where I helped negotiate acquisitions, investments, procurements, partnerships, and other high-stakes deals.
Throughout my career, I saw the same pattern repeatedly: even the most educated, capable, accomplished people freeze, get frustrated or overwhelmed, or simply do not know how or what to ask for when it ma. Even when they use AI to help them.
